There doesn’t seem to be a reliable timeframe for his restocking, so players are – understandably – irritated because of this. The issue stems from Jaeger selling off his stock too quickly and you need some of the items he sells for this quest. So hard, in fact, that players are even restarting the game in order to try to finish it.
